This is a perfect example of a great partnership 🙂
I visit Provisions Thrift Store once a week in Spotsy, and I redonate everything my unhoused friends can’t use for whatever reason. Maybe it’s an item out of season, or a pair of dress shoes that’s not good for walking around in, or maybe it’s a bunch of kids clothes that we don’t have as much use for (and which Provisions gives away for free!).
We bring all these to their shop to help support their mission, and in return they allow us to “shop” for free for whatever WE really need more of – like men’s clothes and shoes and blankets/etc/etc. It’s a beautiful partnership, and what I envision a perfect community to be 🙂 It also keeps all these items out of landfills and breathes new life into them!
So thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you’ve done for us so far Provisions. You were one of the first organizations to believe in what we’re doing, and I’ll be forever grateful 🙏
